The Unions Can't Do Anything

It's happening again.
Once again a union sits by idly while it's members strike and because there is fear and no longer any real kind of brotherhood, the NWA mechanics may lose not only a contract but all they were once given or possibly even there jobs.
What good are unions now?...you decide...
